But in a long run, you probably experience some side effects like gum recession, bone loss and loose teeth.
Jane started with a canted maxilla and a unilateral crossbite. It’s common to acquire bone loss and gum recession if a careless aligner expansion was applied. In this case, after reviewing the surrounding bone structures in a 3 dimensional manner, we carefully planned the different types of teeth movements. In the end, we achieved a heartfelt beautiful smile without violating the bone heath.
